Why was my container disabled?

There are two reasons why your container can be disabled: 

  • container exceeded the request limit

Our system automatically disables containers that exceed the request limit.
But before that you will receive numerous email warnings.

  • container did not send requests for more than two weeks

Our system automatically disables containers that did not send requests for more than two weeks. 
To activate the container, open the sGTM container, click three dots in the top right corner, and click activate.
If there are no requests, your container will be deactivated again.
