If you do not see the Anonymizer power-up, it means that your account is registered in Stape Global. To address recent cases with GDPR compliance, we created a new product Stape Europe, which is owned by an EU company (registered Estonia) and used the EU cloud server provider https://scaleway.com/ (not GCP since it's a Google product). 

Unfortunately, automatic migration from Global to the EU is not possible. You must register a new account and select EU on the signup.

As 'lifehack,' you could use info+eu@example.com- this would be treated as a new email account-wise, but you would still receive all emails in the same inbox.

If you need an agency account in Stape EU, please send us an email we should use to create it. We can't use the email that is already used in Stape Global.

Please note that you can use the same sGTM config in EU as you already have in Global. The only thing that you would need to do when transferring containers from Global to Europe is set a new DNS record for the custom domain. 

If you already have a subscription to Stape Global, the only way to transfer the subscription is to create the same container on Stape Europe and email support@stape.io. We will cancel your subscriptions on Stape Global, and you will be able to create a new one on Stape Europe.
