Stape support policy

  • Updated support team is available Monday-Friday: 7 AM-5 PM (UTC). We do our best to reply asap and always within 24 hours during the weekdays. 

Our support team is willing to help with the GTM server hosting issues, your Stape account issues, and questions about our custom tags, but we cannot provide any support beyond it.
