Accounts on Stape are serviced by two payment processors, depending on the billing country you specified when registering your account.
For this reason, changing your payment method may differ depending on which payment processor you are assigned to.
Please see the options for changing your payment method:
First option - Please log in to your Stape account, go to the Billing section and click the Edit button on the right.
Second option - If you do not have a field to change your payment method/card in your billing, please go to your sGTM container or Gateway on your account, click the three dots in the upper right corner and select Edit payment details.
