With the help of an Agency account, you can easily create and manage accounts for your clients. The client is responsible for the billing - and you are responsible for getting them on Stape or helping with the setup. You don’t receive any commission yet.

According to our Partner program rules, the first level of the Partner program is for Agency accounts with more than 5 paid containers or $50 in monthly referral value.

Please find the information about the commission and how to become a Partner here: https://stape.io/blog/would-you-like-to-become-a-stape-partner

You can add a client to your dashboard by clicking:
- "Create sub account" (you will write client's email + create account on Stape for them).
- "Add user" (to add the existing user on Stape to your dashboard).
- through a unique referral link.

Section "Users"

You can filter the users by clicking: "With exceeded limit" or "With error containers".

Team & Access

The Team & Access section is designed to share account access for your employees/team members. Now, as an account owner, you can add users with rights to the entire domain within your (one) account.

To add a new member, add the email in the Team member emailfield and click Add team member.

Note: Use emails not yet registered on Stape or accounts that don’t have containers or CAPIGs to grant access to. Otherwise, the email you share access with could lose access to GTM containers and/or CAPIGs.

Once you’ve granted access, the team member will receive an invitation in the email.

Notifications for sGTM containers

You can set up notifications about the container (e.g., receive a notification when the number of requests is about to end) in the “Account settings” section. Then click “Shared access”.
